King StarBoard - Marine Board HDPE

Or another brand HDPE comes in all thicknesses and colors

I went budget. I bought plastic "cutting boards" off amazon. They have large sizes. I made all my boat panels from them.

HDPE. And if you avoid the King starboard brand name, you avoid the unneeded mark up over generic HDPE.

They should have anything you could want... I bought mine from them, but you could also just buy cutting boards like has been mentioned.
