    JLAudio MM105 in new Nautiques

    Gang,

The new Nautiques are shipping with the JLAudio MM105 headunit. This apparently replaces the MM100S we've seen over the past couple of years. It's rather odd that the JLAudio website lists it as "Available Soon" when clearly they're already shipping. As of today, we don't have a proper online Owners Manual. Only a Product Manual which leaves out a lot of the details, especially about config/setup.

As near as I can tell, it's pretty much identical to the MM100S. If anyone spots a difference, please post here!

    Thanks!

Not uncommon for OEM contracts to be service well ahead of retail customers, if thats what you mean by they are in Nautiqes but not available online?

Its slightly different. Particularly the RCA pre-outs, there is now a single channel/rca sub out for all four zones. I have one to install on my boat, will let you know more when i do. New ones are shipping with owners manuals but are likely modified versions of the mm100s owners manuals.

I sat through the video on JL's site and also learned it has two USB inputs where the MM100S had one. The volume knob is bigger as well.

          biggest changes:

loss of weathernband, addition of HD radio reception.
the RCA pre outs per zone, gives you one additional RCA for sub out (4x)
two USB port, both aux in, second one is only 500ma charging, primary is 1a
          soft touch buttons
bigger volume knob, built in app support that just launched. NMEA2k MFD interface available

MMR-45 coming soon to match the 105 soft touch buttons and appearance
