GS22 (2022) Awareness Camera Blind Spot

My Awareness camera cannot see the port/stern area because of the bimini bracket. Could my awareness camera be installed in the wrong place? Anyone else have this problem?

mine is just to the inside of the port bimini bracket and speaker and is slightly angled toward the middle of the stern.

there is no way the bracket could be seen from the camera in that location
