G25 Underwater Lights Circuit Breaker Issues

We have a 2015 SA G25 Coastal Ed. we bought recently. Less than 200hr, great condition, but haven't been able to get the underwater lights to work. Everytime we've tried we get a Circuit Breaker error message. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm wondering if it's the lights themselves that just need to be replaced.

Thanks for the help in advance.

You need to do some fault isolation. Find the wires in the stern that connect to the UW lights and disconnect both of them. See if the breaker still trips. If not, connect them one at a time and retry to isolate it down to the light.

Unplug one of them at a time and see if one will work with no fault. More than likely one is burnt out. Had that happen on my 17 210. Easy to replace.

Thanks zigs @charlesml3...I took a look while the boat was on the lift (haven't had a chance to pull the lights yet) and one looks like it has moisture in it. Likely shorting the circuit.

One of mine had condensation in it as well. Just unplug the electrical harness and the other one should turn on and stay on with no error and you will know that's the issue. I replaced mine with same factory brand so I didn't have to drill and fill holes but ordered a pair in blue. That looked à lot better than the factory ones.

I don't know about the last few years, but this is one area that Nautique lacks in, which is underwater light quality. I don't understand why they haven't partnered with a company such as ShadowCaster - who makes high end lighting systems. They are leaps and bounds better quality than OEM.
