I need some help telling me how to adjust my Amp. I install new speakers and want to tune up the sound better. I also have a Kicker Woofer connected and don't know where the adjustments for it are located.

In order to make your adjustments correctly we need to know how the speakers and sub are wired to the amp and what channels each is on
but the generic way , turn all the “gains “on the amp down to 0. (No sound most likely ). Turn your head unit up to 75% of the volume. Slowly turn up the gains on the amplifier til the speaker sound starts to distort than back it down bit too we’re it was clear.
you want to adjust the high pass and low pass filters as well the frequency , but in order to tell you which way to set those we first need to know what channels are being used for what .

Thanks I can tell you more information. There are total of 6 speakers in the boat. The two bow are the front speaks. There are 4 rear speakers. Two on each side of the boat but each pair one each side of the boat is only 6" apart. The speaker wire from the Positive of one speaker goes to the Negitive of the other speaker. So i would assume they are wired in serial.
The amp is set to 2ch. When I switch it to 4 ch the rear speakers do not sound proper. The front and rear filters are set on flat (middle setting) The bass equalizer for front is set 0db and the rear bass equalizer is switched to +6db
I don't know what is used to adjuat the Kicker Woofer.

If that is indeed a 4 channel amp, you do not have enough amplifier chnls to drive 6 speakers and a woofer. With the system off, note the location and pull ALL the RCA cables from the amp. Turn the system. Any speaker still playing are driven by the head unit or another amp somewhere.
Just a clarification. You will want to set the filters cross-over Hz, etc, first. gain next.
