JL mm100s stuck on full volume

I had the switch off and disconnected battery then reconnected. Turned everything back on and now stereo is on full volume I cannot turn it down. I can pause or stop the misuic , just not turn it down. Has all zones on 50.

What year is your rig, I didn't even know I could zone up to 50, or is it stuck at that?
I have some of my zones in the negative #'s to get the right balance.

Did you try a redo on the process, batteries off, disconnect batteries (overnight) & reconnect again?

Well all that it required was to factory rest the panorayand uodate works great now
