    Roswell Zone Control install

looking for some pointers to installing the Roswell Dual Zone control knob. Will be installing on a boat with Linc 2.0 and old Polk head unit. Looking at the back of the head unit, I just see a remote line from both screens to the "brains" of the unit mounted below. From the brains, I see 2 RCA line outs. 1 for the front (tower) speakers, and 1 for the rear (cabin) speakers. The boat has 2 amps. 1 just for the tower speakers, the other drives the cabin speakers and subwoofer.

Question is, what is used for the input into the Roswell controller? I can't figure this one out. The only thing I could think of that might work, would be to take one of the line outs from the brains (cabin for example) and use that as the input into the controller, then have the line outs from the controller to the amps. The other line out from the brains would be unused.
Is this how it is done? If not, can someone provide some direction?
    thanks

No one is answering so I'll kick in what I know. I'm not familiar with the Roswell gear but I have installed several JL Audio "zone" controllers. I use these for the tower speakers on my installations so the driver can quickly turn down the volume for the tower speakers when changing riders or if a rider has fallen. I would assume (and you know how that breaks out) both would work similarly (or is the same device remarketed). These are plug and play, other than mounting and routing the cable for the control knob, this is a 10 minute job, tops. Here's the instructions for that device.....

thanks. seems straight forward, but where I am getting held up is what is the output from the head unit to use to plug into the roswell controller? the polk unit only seems to have outputs from front and rear speakers.
here is a pic of the units wiring

You can use either the front or the rear output, to the zone knob input. Then one zone output to the cabin/woofer amp and 2nd zone output to the tower amp. The Roswell 6-chnl 5M RCA cable makes the job easy and clean.

figured it out. that is exactly what I did. used the front output as the input to the zone controller. then used zone 1 for cabin speakers and zone 2 for the tower from the controller. works perfectly
