Those look like the long since retired Roswell Airborn-7 6.5" HLCD. Best bet, swap them out for a pair of Kicker PS694 or the Wet Sounds Rev-696. I know these fit.
As another option, id investigate the new Kicker KXML69. I do know if these will fit, but worth the look.

MLA, Thanks for the advice. I was trying NOT to purchase a new set, but might have to consider it. I am hoping someone else on this forum has repaired these in the past and has some advice on how to get the part.

I was trying NOT to purchase a new set,
Now, you may find someone that replaced both their drivers and has a good one collecting dust. However, finding a shop that can rebuild your blow driver, is going to cost more then then any of the replacement options I listed. Beyond that, I would not spend one penny to rebuild a 6.5" HLCD. Historically, they are all tweeter and no mid-bass, so sound quality is poor.

Just wanted to update, I installed the wetsounds 696rsx4 over the weekend and they sound amazing. I replaced the stock amp last year(was blown, had short circuit) and it worked just fine with the new speakers..They are clear and a louder as well. I think next ill get a equalizer to control everything separately.
Install was fairly easy as well.
