I have only had this 2013 SAN 230 for a month or so and the radio controls on the linc have never worked. I was under the dash and radio area yesterday to see if I could see anything obvious and I didn't. It has the Clarion M508 head unit in it and the boat doesn't have a transom remote. Does the linc have a hard wire to the radio somewhere? I'm wondering if I'm supposed to have something hooked up to the wired remote part of the radio harness. I don't have anything hooked up to the area circled. Is the Clarion M508 the factory head unit?
