2014 230 Cockpit Speakers/Amp not Working

The cockpit speakers/Amp are not working in 2014 230 with the Polk system. Power led on the cockpit amp is off, fuses and breakers are ok.
The Linc screen shows "Rear" when and audio source is selected which makes my think that the CKPT REM wire going to that amp is not energized. Anyone know where the CKPT REM wire originates from? Is there a selection on the Linc or head unit to re-enable the cockpit speakers? Fader setting is in the middle.

The cockpit remote wire comes from the polk black box and also goes to the tower amplifier. Going to need a volt meter to test for voltage across the power cables and again on the remote lead.
