Can't get loud volume from speakers in boat.

I have a 2006 SANTE. I did not install the audio system. It has a clarion CMD4 head unit connected to two Roswell RMA 800.5 amps. One for the tower speakers that seem to work fine. The other is for the speakers in the boat. I cannot seem to get any loud volume out of these speakers. Full front balance should go to them but when I do that there is very little sound (not none). The best I have been able to do is turn the treble all the way up and then if you are right next to one of the speakers you can hear it. Both amps status lights turn on. I just can't get any volume from them to hear anything. The only thing you hear are the tower speakers. Any ideas? Pictures attached.

Most likely the amp is not running. The first question would be..... did it work at all this year or did it work yesterday or last week and now it's not?

If this is the first time out, start looking for cables that didn't get connected at the battery. This happens all the time. A missing ground ior power cable at the battery while embarrassing it s welcome sight in my book.

If it worked last week and you haven't touch anything the next place to focus is on power. Check the circuit breaker for the amp at the panel, then look for any breakers or fuses at the amp itself. Both of these would be the low hanging fruit to get you back running. Check for the blue "power on" signal were going to the amp to ensure it didn't somehow get disconnected. Past that you'll need a meter to test for power at the amp. If you have power at the amp and the blue wire is attached there's a good chance the amp is done.
