JL 8.8 Tower Speaker Reconing

Does anybody know if you can repair the cones on 8.8 tower speakers? I have attached a pic of two of them all four are damaged. Had a bad storm at the lake this week turned over boat lifts with boats on them etc... Luckily all my boats, and jet skis were fine other than the wind/hail damaged the tower speakers.

That's messed up, but glad all is well.
I have used rubber cement decades before and on a tight budget, it's not pretty but got the job done.
Since the advent of the wheel back then, there is actually a speaker repair cement. Just throw out a search for speaker repair, lot's of stuff out there...
