SV211 Team Edition Tower Speakers

I have recently ordered a new 211 - Red hull w/ Black primary stripe. The tower will be red with black speakers, I just do not know what speakers to chose - any recommendations?

I really do not like the look of the coffee can style speakers - I like the bullets style look best.

I ordered the boat with the speaker upgrade, but need to nail down the speakers pretty soon. Any help would be appreciated.

I love my wakedesign speakers. They look cool and sound great. I would suggest getting another amp because that kicker amp is kinda small for tower speakers and the stock speakers. Check out the pics of mine.

The new JBL speakers by NVert seem to be real nice. My family has contacted them numerous times. They are nice because they are based on a horn/woofer system oppose to a stock car speaker, which are usually made for small enclosed places remember. The horn/woofer system is supposed to be similar to what is used at major concerts adn stuff. I dunno if this is all crap but I bought it.

The only problem is they just got a new owner, so you may be taking a chance getting a product from a compnay that may not be doing so well, I know they've been slow getting back to people lately.

I just got a set of lucky devil design speakers with light. they are a 6.5" speaker on one side and have a bullit front with a 2" piaa off road led in the nose of the bullit. they look awsome. I have not yet installed them. check them out on www.luckydevildesigns.com they are the ld-707. mine are white to match my white tower.

MinnesotaNautique, regarding what NVert said, I will say what I know at the moment, I will come back with greater detail later...

They said that they recently had a tough time because they got a new owner. I don't know names, reasons, or anything. Also however, they are aware of the people trying to get in contact with them, for the most part, and have been trying to catch up with normal work. The new ownership has slowed them down. Regarding the new JBL speakers, they are based on a woofer/horn system, and should come out in around April. Unlike originally planned, they will have a plastic case, so they will be black, not chrome.

That is pretty much as much as I know now.... Don't hold me to the reason on exactly why they have been slow getting back, that is part assuming part memory.
