Stock head unit replacement 02 SANTE

I am thinking about replacing the stock Clarion unit in my 02 SANTE with a Kenwood. The Clarion is double DIN size, where the Kenwood is single DIN size. Is there a good adaptor kit for marine applications that is typically used for this purpose? I'd prefer one with a cover considering the arm rest location, and the fact that wet boards drip there.
