Pre-outs? How many do I need on my head unit?

For starters, I know very little about stereos.... I am wanting to replace stock Clarion head unit. The system is already set-up with (2) tower speakers, one sub, stock speakers, and 600 watt amp...

The boat is a 99 SAN... Will I need more then 1 set of pre-outs in my new head unit to operate my stereo system properly?

Probably want 2 sets of pre outs if you have one amp doing the whole deal. You will want to separate front and rear so you can fade between the tower and the boat.
