Vibration. Yes you must make sure you boat has everything down tight but that’s a given any way’s Right? I can’t say the bas has jard anything loose or it causes things to come loose? But then again I take my boat apart all the time things down get a chance to come loose, LOL
I have had the chance to listen to a few different systems over the years and I will admit some systems throw out a bass note that will definitely rattle the crap out of your rig. I don’t know if it’s the frequency of the bass wave that’s destructive or if it’s a combo of a sertan frequency and lots of power ECT.
Example some systems rattle the inside of your eardrum and some feel like someone’s hitting ya in the chest. Or jiggle something down low, LOL the ear rattle systems IMO are more destructive as far as making stuff come loose.
I have also heard some people complain about Bass beating the crap outa your gauges and breaking stuff
