Clarion APX480m question

First off, thanks to all for all the great information here.

I have a Clarion XMD3 in my 05 216. The front speakers work, but the rear and tower speakers do not. Tried the reprogram of the head unit that didn't work. The APX480m amp has power, the remote turn on is powered when the head unit is on, and the fuses are not blown.

Anybody have ideas on what the issue could be now?

Do you have two amps - one for the boat speakers ( 4) plus the sub and one other amp for the tower? - Check the pre-amp outputs from the head unit - no signal=no sound
