    Amp install in 236

Putting in a 3rd amp in my team edition 2007 236...I will post up specs and pics later in a new post, its gonna be sick!!! Anyways, when running the power cords for the amp I noticed that there are no wires for amps or anything connected to the batteries like I had on my old 210. It looks like everything goes into the big battery switch box. My question is; when i hook up the power and ground wires, should I direct connect to the battery or can I run them thru the switch box??? I would prefer the switch box bc it is much cleaner and i could make sure the battery never drains....advice??? Tips? Thanks guys

The new amp power wires should go to the exact same attachment points as your the current amplifiers otherwise you may have problems like noise or worse.

You can get a new circuit breaker at CC to fill in the empy hole in the switch box. That way the new amp is connected like the others and looks real clean. It's easy to do (did it myself).
Ofcourse it's still possible to connect it directly to the battery.
