I know there are many of you that have already overcome this obstacle. I have a 1999 Super Sport Nautique and am looking for some subwoofer placement suggestions. Do any of you have any pictures of places you have put your subwoofers on these late 90’s or early 2000 year Super Sports? Space is pretty tight. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

RE: Subwoofer advice
I put mine right behind the kickpanel. Space was tight, but I also crammed a heater core back there as well. I used a JL 12W6 V2 and had to make the box for it smaller than desired (but all you need to do is stuff the box with some polyfill and you're good to go).
One thing that you may want to take the time to do as well is organize that rats nest of a wiring job CC did at the factory - makes installing a sub (or anything) much MUCH easier.
Here's some pics:
Here's how I installed the amps too:

Thanks for the advice Sinkoumn! Great looking boat!
I think that is the route I am going to take. I met some of the JL audio folks at a car show and they showed me some of their new thin-line subwoofers. They are going to be great products and require much smaller enclosures. I should be able to get one on driver side and one under the clamshell without losing much space.
Hopefully this will work, as I am planning on putting in a ballast similar to "wakefun's". :mrgreen:1999 Super Sport Nautique
