I have a stock 480 amp that is new in the box that I'm not gonna use. Does your bow speakers wire into an amp or are they like my 06 210 and wired straight to the stereo? If you get another amp you could run one to the sub, and then have room on the stock amp to wire in the bow speakers so they don't distort when you crank it up. Stock interior speakers aren't too shabby but you might eventually want to upgrade the tower speakers. NVS OR WETSOUNDS are top notch, but you'll definitely pay for it. Hopefully Mikeski or AuDLMST will chime in. There are alot of good discussions on how others have theirs set up.

If you are looking to improve the sound and the sound level without distorting - you need some more power - most likely the bow speakers are wired to the head unit - they need to be amplified - your tower speakers are 100 watts rms at 4 ohms - you have 4 of them (not sure of the wiring config on the 6x9 polks (4ohms or 2 ohms) is there only one pair of wire to each speaker set? (I will know more as the boat show is this weekend in FL) You could be looking at adding two amps to get the full potential out of the setup you have - The polk 12' sub is 400 watts rms at 4 ohms and is being supplied 230 watts if bridged as in the past and needs a far better sealed box for performance - the tower speakers are getting roughly half the power they can handle from the 280 clarion
