WHAT IS THE BEST TOWER SPEAKERS FOR A BLACK SAN 220 & A

I HAVE A BLACK SAN 220 08 AND RIGHT NOW I HAVE 6 6 1/2 POLK SPEAKERS AND 4 6X9 POLK TOWER SPEAKERS AND I THINK IT'S A 10 IN. POLK SUB AND 480 & 280 CLARION AMPS AND A CLARION HEAD UNIT.I WAS WANTING TO KNOW WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD SET OF TOWER SPEAKERS AND WHAT AMPS SHOULD I USE AND IF I SHOULD CHANGE OUT MY SUB.I HEARD THAT THE NVS TYRANT SPEAKERS ARE GOOD.BUT I CANN'T FIND ANY WHERE TO BUY THEM.I DON'T HAVE TO MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH STEREOS.WHAT WOULD LOOK GOOD ON A BLACK SAN AND WHERE I CAN FIND THEM AT.I WANT SOMETHING THATS GOING TO SOUND GOOD ON THE BEACH TO WITH THE BOAT ANCHOR OUT.MY EMAIL IS rgrigsby@allegiance.tv

I've got the same boat except mine is white. I liked the look of the tower speakers so I didn't mess with them. According to my stereo guy, the polk sub that came stock is too powerful for the enclosure they provide, so he put a Diamond 10" sub in there. It became more efficient for the box and the amps. It was a cheaper way to get more bass than putting the sub under the driver like i originally wanted to do. He also installed 3 receivers to control the tower speakers, inside speakers, and sub all seperately. You could probably get the same effect with a equalizer but i just did this. Also, the boat came with the amps turned down. Go to a shop and the can tune it for you, my stereo is twice as loud as it was when i got the boat, and the only thing i replaced was the sub. Just a personal preference though, good luck

Try Limited DBot5 tower speakers........i have two 8'' and two 61/2 on tower on my 98Air .....tha new 2008 tower speakers are all white with logo.....might look pretty good on black san.........these speakers Rock harder than ive ever heard before..........

I also haver the Dbots '07 series. The are solid, I chose them over Wetsounds, both products sounded great, Dbots just seemed a little more clear.

I decided to go with the pair of 485s in black with blue lights in the grills.they do this at earmark marine audio and im putting the 6 6 1/2 wetsounds insude the boat and a wetsound xxx-12in in the kick panel under the helm with boston accousit amps and lights in my 6 1/2s thanks everyone for your help I'll put pics up when everything is done it'll be about march
