Has anyone mounted a clarion remote by the rear platform? I am looking for a good location and Pictures. Any help would be great!!!

Wiring is easy, basically 16AWG power, 16AWG ground, and then all you need is to connect the plug to the headunit.
The lube holder was from buywake:

UPS did a great job of squishing the box that came from buywake, and of course the one breakable thing in the box broke, the holder - so I just glued it back up, spray painted it again, and then added the sticker.

A friend of mine mounted one on the back of his boat on the right side of where that lube bottle is...wiring should be very very easy...let me know how it works out as I've always debated on the amount of use I would get out of something like that

choose your location very carefully. I have seen a bunch transom mounted remotes in places where they get leaned on causing the volume to blast, switch tracks, switch modes, etc. I decided to mount my rear remote inside the boat near the walk through. It's convenient for both inside and outside the boat. My h2o waves remote is also a good alternative, move it wherever you want.
