    Tower Speaker Wiring

I need some help here. I have a 07 220 that has the tower speaker pre wiring from the factory. It has one line up to each side. My question is if I get 4 of the new 08 tower speakers will I need to run another line up to each side? I know with the 07 speakers were tied together, but not sure how the 08's are wired. Thanks for the help

Yes you will need to run the extra wire - I would suggest NVS or Wetsounds speakers ( no need for extra wire ) and far beter performance - I believe the cost would be about the same - Dealer is asking for $2500 for the 4 6x9 speakers here as option

Is the stock wire heavy enough for the Wetsounds or NVS?

It might be, but I doubt it if you're running a large amp - I may have went overkill, but I wired my NVS 1010's with 12awg speaker wire. Just tape the new wire to the old stuff, pull it through, and connect. Easy as pie if you decided to swap the wires.
