    Trailer Weight help

I need to know the weight of my trailer to register for a license. Is there an easy way to know this without taking it to a weigh station and then subtracting the dry weight of the boat? I have an EZ Loader double axle carrying a 2010 Nautique 216V. I didn't see the weight listed on the trailer stickers - just the capacity. Thoughts?

Ohio stinks for registering trailer. You have to go to a scales, get trailer weighed(without boat on it) and make sure you get a certified weight slip. Then take the certified weight slip with you to the BMV. I have had to do this several times.

I am also checking with EZ Loader to see if they can provide an MCO/MSO (manufacturer's certificate of origin) for my trailer.

Was able to get a Weight certification from EZ Loader that verifies the Serial Number and Empty Weight, Carrying Capacity and GVWR Weight!.

Sounds like you have it figures out, but for anyone else needing an estimate of trailer weight just take the GVWR and subtract the carrying capacity, that's your trailer weight.
