Crappy boat ramp help / surge brake help on G23 trailer

So the boat ramp for my lake is shot.
Too many power loads and there is a big hole behind the ramp. Which is fine but then there is the sand bar due to the power loading

The ramp isn't long enough and while your truck can stay on, the trailer is completely in sand

Once the trailer tires come off the ramp the surge brakes want to engage while in reverse.

Is there anyway to disengage the surge brakes on a G23 2016 Ramlin Trailer?

I've had two ramlin trailers with surge brakes and both had a reverse lock tab you could set before backing up. In case you had to back up hill. I'd think your trailer should have the same type set up built it.

Buy a lockout. But don’t forget to take it off before you start driving.

If you leave the lights connected, that should activate the solenoid that will lock out the brakes when you put it in reverse.
