    SIngle Axle trailer for SV211??

    Hi all,
Hoping to officially join the community very soon! I'm looking at a '04 SV211 TE but it doesn't have a trailer. I currently have a '98 Mastercraft Prostar 205 with galvanized single axle trailer.
There is about 6" difference in the beams of our boats, and I have about 3-4" on either side of my boat before the wheel wells.

Posting this in the off chance that someone has tried (hopefully successfully) loading the SV211 on a Prostar trailer? (I know, blasphemy, but I gotta get it to my lake which is just over an hour away from the SV211.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

I have seen an SV211 on a single axle trailer - but it was built for the 211. Your Prostar trailer will have the axle much farther forward than the 211 trailer because the center of gravity is in the center of the boat vs the rear on a 211. It might fit, it might roll, but the tongue will be very light, which at highway speeds is dangerous (I pulled a 230 for 60 miles on the wrong trailer - I'll never do it again, it's an eye opening experience)

Had a closer look at my trailer, and was actually a 205V trailer, BUT it's a non-issue as I'm about to finalize a deal on a '09 216V instead - no trailer, and it's too heavy to two with my Explorer anyway.
