Anyone replace their Eagle Trailer Wheel Jack, need some help.

My wheel jack on my 08 Eagle trailer finally gave out after 12yrs. I am trying to find a replacement but every single jack I come across has a 4 bolt mounting plate. The Eagle trailer mount has a single through bolt through the center plate to mount it to the trailer bracket. Anyone got any ideas. ? I guess worse case scenario I just buy one with the generic mount and put it over the plate are , but trying to stay as sleek as possible.

I've got an '07. The previous owner bolted a Fulton F2 on the opposite side of where the original jack was located. Maybe not as sleek as you're looking for, but I like the F2, so far.

Post up a picture of the plate. I had one a couple years back that I knocked out the center bolt then drilled 4 holes in the flange to match an adapter plate to. Not sure if yours is the same as that trailer I had. That one was probably a 97.
