2002 Ram-Lin Trailer Refurbish is Complete!

I just picked up my 2002 trailer today after Ram-Lin completely refurbished it, and I am very happy with it!

Here are a couple of BEFORE shots -- bunks falling off, carpet falling off, fenders ruined, etc.








And here are some AFTER pictures, with new paint, new lights, new bunks, new side steps, new carpet, new fenders, new coupler, all new brakes, etc. It is like a brand new trailer, but at like 1/3 of the cost!

You can see the wheels in the BEFORE pictures. They were pitted old chrome wheels. Ram-Lin blasted them and painted them black. They look much better, but I wish I had had them paint them silver instead.

Wow, those “before” pictures look rough! It looks great now.
A thought, if you were to repaint the wheels, maybe paint them to match the boat.

Wow! looks awesome! Did you have a rust in the main tubes they had to take care of? Wonder if they will do this for others. Seems like I remember having one i wanted them to rebuild (at my cost) several (6-7)years ago and they said they didn't do that anymore... Maybe they do now! Either way, looks great!

I believe they will do it for anyone. They completely disassembled it and media blasted the whole thing, so any rust was removed that way. I didn't have much structural rust.

It really feels like a brand new trailer now. Nobody would guess that it is built in 2002!

I just dropped off my 2001 Nautique trailer at Ram-Lin for new bunks and fenders and if you are interested in pricing, here is what they quoted me:

Fenders are 69.39 each without the backing or the sticker on top
Carpeted bunks are 191.12 for single axle
212.35 for tandem axle

$105/hr and roughly 5 hours to complete. Total Costs was $800 for my single axel Ram-Lin
