On the way to the lake last Friday, stopped to fuel up, down 35 gallons of 65. Love the station because they have dedicated stall for big rigs and trailers. I can tap the boat with Non-Ethanol, and catch the Super Duty with Diesel at the same time, although I try not to do that due to sticker shock $.
The place just put in 3 new in-line scales. Went inside to inquire, and everyone engaged on what their best guess was on weight between boat and rig. They were able to catch separately the front and rear axles of the truck, and the tandem axles of the boat trailer. When the weight came in, none of us were close. The Gal said, "Well sheesh, you weigh as much as a semi", lol.
I'll post a picture of the ticket, but would love to hear some feedback of where you think it came in at, all in truck and trailer, both with full tanks, and 2 passengers...
Closest guess gets a Silver Cove Marine hoody, from Jeff. Ha, just kidding, I'm still waiting on mine. Jeff, Jeff...
