Under Tower Bimini for 08 Titan Tower???

Is there an option for an under the tower bimini for the 08 titan towers on a SAN 210? I'm not the biggest fan of the over the top bimini's and was wondering if there's an under the tower option. Thanks!

I have a 08 210 with Titan tower. The speakers are low enough to smack your head I cant imagine putting anything lower than them?

Over the tower for sure. The Titan is very low. I think that's the only negative about this tower.

Unfortunate that you can't get the FCT2 anymore... it's the best tower out there in my opinion.

            ACS220,

Do you happen to have pics of the bimini folded up? Thanks for the help and pics everyone!

Does anyone know if you can still rotate the boardracks inside the boat with boards on them if you have an under the tower bimini? I still like the under tower bimini look better, but that would stink if you couldn't rotate the boardracks inside the boat.

What model titan tower is that? Do they fit on the 2002 SS model?

Good question. i have the over tower bimini and tower speakers and my boards hit the speaker (just) when rotated inward. I would say this will be a definitely be an issue with an under tower bimini!

Can the racks be moved down on the tower at all or do they have to be mounted that high?

JWAT, I sent you a PM on your other post.

I agree with the others re: over-the-top with this tower, especially if you're going to hang speakers on it. If you search on my username, you'll find some photos of my stereo install and they show a TowerBimini.com folded. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll dig up some photos.

The swivel racks have to be mounted at that (general) location because the legs on them are cut at a specific angle for that spot on the tower....so you can't really move them down. So, they might interfere with an under-tower bimini when you swing them in with boards mounted (...and they can interfere with speakers hanging off the tower...I mounted my outside speakers on the fore/aft brace to stagger them out of the way a bit).

Finally, sorry it took so long. Here are the pics of the bimini. There are three pics here. 1. Folded up in the travel position with the board racks in. Note that the bimini is behind the tower speakers. 2. Close up of the bimini pole attached between the rack forks. This is the same travel position. 3. Folded up in travel position with the racks out. Note that in this pic the bimini is under the tower speakers. Hope this helps everyone looking for this style of shade.

I had under the tower bimini and it would not allow the racks to swivel.

Now I am looking for the over the tower bimini. Who makes it?

Mine is an Ameritex OTT bimini supplied by CC, if you're looking for maximum headroom and shade coverage it's awesome!.....O and my boards in the racks just contact the speakers and not the bimini when rotated inward.
