    Stereo level 3

Wondering if anyone has a comparison of the 2014 top end factory system to the new 2015 level three system?

I have not been very impressed with the 2014 system and am considering new 2015 boat. What exactly is changing? amps , speakers ? both ? Does anyone have a recommendation with regards to the two choices of tower speakers?
I have the horn drivers and find they lack a lot of low end.
    Any input much appreciated. Thanks

Let me say up front that I am by no means a stereo pro. However past history suggests you can always get better quality components aftermarket for the same or less money unless you just go crazy.

I listened to a new 2015 this past weekend that had zone control and the tweeters on the dash which were way cool and four tower speakers. It was good but not great. If you go with the zone control, tower prep kit (required for the tower speakers) and four Roswell tower speakers your looking at $7,700 USD list price from your dealer.

Suggestion: buy the standard stereo that comes with the boat and build what suits your needs and budget. If it were me I'd find the local Wetsounds dealer and have them work up some options for you to consider. Yes, it is convenient for you to pick up the boat with the stereo already installed but why not have some fun and design that bad a$$ stereo you really want. You'll love your boat longer and more with a custom stereo.

+1 and if you want more low end out of the tower speakers as well as projection with the HLCD's then you are going to want more cone area and amplification than comes with the factory setup. Something like Rev 10's or 410's. No sense spending top dollar on things you will end up replacing to get what you want anyway unless you are just thinking about short term resell or your spouse or budget won't let you spend 4k+ after the fact to get it setup right but its OK to work 8k in the purchase price and live with it.
