I have a Boatmate trailer that is 3 months old and is rusting due to a bad paint job and bad prep prior to paint job. The trailer has been in the water 3 times and now. The paint has over spray from the paint lines plus different mill thicknesses throughout the trailer. When I contacted my dealer and they went through the warranty process boatmate not honor the flawed paint job and repaint the trailer correctly. This is the worst trailer company i have ever dealt with. If there is another trailer company i highly reamend buying another trailer if necessary.

I could not agree more. They failed me on their promised delivery dates on multiple occasions with zero communication, replacement parts were delivered to wrong addresses, and most frustrating you could not get anyone to pick up a phone, return a call, or return an email. My trailer was not built as requested and it had items I did not request, or pay for, then they never billed for reshipped items. Sounds like they are too busy to keep track or care. Good luck with your issues but be prepared for zero resolutions. -

Just a heads up, if you are unable to find your parts on a search on Boatmate's website, and need to contact them directly, Facebook Messenger seems to be the magic right now.
Don't waste time with infinite hold times or non-answered emails. I did catch someone on the phone yesterday by pressing random buttons. He sounded worked, said the Parts Dept has had some major recent problems with staffing (I get that).Comment

When I recently ordered a new trailer, I first contacted Phoenix, to support Jeff. Phoenix told me they cannot directly deal with individuals. This was frustrating. I went with Boatmate. The finish was fine, but the fit for the new 200SN still sucks.Comment

If they want to avoid dealing with private individuals, they should tell you to go to their dealer network and not list parts and services for sale on their website. Ignoring the phone, email, and customers if you don't want to deal with them is not the answer.Comment

I think I may have found a crack in the shield over there. Probably shouldn't have to go thru the hunt process, but I'll take an open door when it presents itself. Communication and progress is flowing very well starting yesterday. I will share the process, once I get resolve...Comment
